Called to Serve
Leadership at Valley Springs is not a one-man show. To serve the people who come, it takes a team.
PCA churches have a structure that consists of two boards. The first team is a board of elders called the Session. These ordained men lead the vision and shepherd the congregation. The second team is a board of Deacons. They work with the elders to carry out the vision and care for the needs of the congregation.
Our staff runs the day-to-day ministry of Valley Springs. God works through all of us to build his church.
Teaching Elders
Our Teaching Elders (Pastors) are ordained to preach and administer the sacraments. These men love Jesus and his church, and they are here to walk with you and serve you in your faith journey.
Ruling Elders
Ruling Elders serve alongside the pastors to lead and shepherd the church. Click below to find out about our current elders.
Deacons
